Ang Caritas Manila, tumanggap ng donation na worth P1 million at sabi sa pa-thank you nila kay Bela: “We have received Ms. Bela Padilla’s donation of 1 million pesos worth of canned goods and rice for our Ligtas COVID-19 campaign.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to you and to all the donors who are in solidarity
with the poor as we fight COVID-19.”
“Let us now think of the frontliners who do have families waiting at home. They will probably need to self isolate for 14 days after all this blows over. So even when the crisis ends, they don’t get to hug their children or parents immediately.
“Think about that everytime you think or utter anything and downright stupid. Let’s abide by the rules and make this crisis end faster for the ones who have been working for you day and night since this started.”
