IPINAGKALOOB ng MILO ang pagkilala sa 2019 Junior Athlete of the Year Award sa katatapos na Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Awards sa Manila Hotel.

Kinilala ng MILO ang husay at galing ng apat na batang atleta tulad nina tennis superstar Alexandra “Alex” Eala, chess prodigy Daniel Quizon, ace swimmer Miguel Barreto, at gymnast extraordinaire Daniela Dela Pisa.

Pinangasiwaan nina Nestlé Philippines Vice President Veronica Cruz at MILO Sports Marketing Manager Lester P. Castillo ang pamimigay ng tropeo sa mga piling atleta kasama ang mga magulang bilang pagkilala sa kanilang ipinamalas na kahusayan sa sports.

“We at MILO recognize the role of sports in teaching our youth character-forming values that will help them become well-rounded individuals and Tomorrow’s Champions. It is an honor for MILO to bestow the MILO Junior Athlete of the Year award to Alex, Daniel, Miguel, and Daniela who have shown great dedication in their sport and manifest the values that we try to impart to the youth of today,” pahayag ni Cruz.

“Seeing them soar in their respective fields is a testament that great things truly start from small beginnings. We congratulate the four awardees and look forward to their continued success.”

Tinanghal na MILO Junior Athlete of the Year si Eala sa magkasunod na taob matapos pagwagihan ang doubles event sa Australian Open.

“I am honored to be recognized once again by MILO through this award. With hard work, discipline and dedication, one can truly succeed. I will work harder and do my best knowing that there are other young athletes who look up to me. I hope to inspire them to excel in everything they do through my victories,” ayon kay Eala.
