Ginanap ang awarding ceremony nitong Lunes bago isinagawa ang Game 2 ng best-of-three championship sa pagitan ng Nazareth School of National University at Far Eastern University- Diliman sa FilOil Flying V Center.

Naitala ng 6-foot-2, Grade 11 forward ang averaged 13.2 puntos, 14.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.7 steals, at 1.2 blocks sa elimination round para sa kabuuang 73.0 statistical points.

Naitala ni Lazaro ang averaged 13.3 points, 13.0 boards, 1.9 assists, 1.4 steals, at 1.0 block para sa kabuuang 66.73 SPs, habang si Lopez ay may averaged 16.2 points, 9.6 rebounds, at 2.7 blocks per contest para sa 66.21 SPs.
