ANG Viva Music Publishing, Inc., (VMPI) na ang may rights sa 45 compositions ni Jay Durias dahil pumirma si Jay ng kontrata kung saan, ipinagkatiwala niya sa VMPI for 10 years ang kanyang compositions.
Ang ibig sabihin, ang VMPI na ang in-charge “of all pertaining to these compositions and these include mechanical, performance, synchronization and digital rights,”sabi ito ni Alex Camurungan, Publishing and Digital Manager of VMPI.

“Puwedeng i-record, gawing theme song ng Viva Films movies pati sa TV shows. Sobra akong blessed and happy na napili ng VMPI ang songs ko,” sabi ni Jay.
Nabanggit ni Jay na matagal na siyang hindi sumusulat ng song dahil wala siyang inspiration. The last song he wrote was the theme song for the movie Respeto at dahil natuwa sa kontrata sa VMPI, makakasulat na raw uli siya ng songs.
VMPI now has a growing roster of artist catalogs that includes the music of Rico Blanco, Wency Cornejo, Top Suzara, Thyro Alfaro at Yumi Lacsamana, Nica del Rosario, Euwie Von Loria (This Band) at classic songs nina Willy Cruz, Snaffu Rigor at Rene at Dennis Garcia ng Hotdog.
