MAGSISIMULA na ang pinakabago at pinaka-innovative na talent singing kompetisyon sa telebisyon - ang Centerstage.

For the pilot season, Centerstage gathers the most talented young singers ages 7 to 12.

And for the very first episode, four powerhouse belters race to get to the most coveted spot on any performance arena - the Centerstage! Centerstage is an original Filipino concept developed by the Philippines’ most awarded media company, GMA Network.

It is an exciting and innovative approach to the popular talent competition format. By utilizing the latest technologies, Centerstage is able to push the format into new heights. Four singers start from the same point at the start of the show, then as they perform, the audience and celebrity judges vote using electronic devices. Their votes are immediately translated on the floor where the contestants are standing, the more votes they get, the floor panels light up until only two advance closer. The other two are eliminated.

KILALANIN: Sino si Denise Julia na inireklamo ni BJ Pascual?

The remaining two contestants battle it out in another sing-off, and the votes are again indicated on the stage floor to see who gets to stand on Centerstage.

Aside from this exciting race, which test audiences have compared to a real-life video game, Centerstage also features the inspiring stories of the contestants. The show also aims to encourage these young artists through a segment, where there other interests and talents are highlighted, and they are given a surprise as reward for pursuing their passions.

Alden Richards is the Centerstage host and Betong is the Side Stage host bringing to audiences the drama and tension that happens behind the scenes. Celebrity Judges are Aicelle Santos, “Achiever Diva on the International Stage”; Mel Villena, “Lodi Composer and Musical Director”; and Ms Pops Fernandez, “The O.G. Concert Queen”!

Centerstage airs every Sunday night, right after Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko on the Kapuso Network, sa direction ni Louie Ignacio.
