BOKYA ang pelikulang Miracle in Cell No. 7 sa ginanap na 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival Awards night na ginanap sa New Frontier Theater nitong Biyernes, pero hindi ito ikinasama ng loob ng pangunahing bida na si Aga Muhlach dahil siguro malakas sa takilya ang pelikula niya at ito ang importante dahil isa siya sa producer.
Panalo pa rin si Aga sa mga nakapanood na ng Miracle in Cell No. 7 niya dahil puring-puri ang buong pelikula at kahit hindi siya nanalong Best Actor ay panalo siya sa puso ng lahat.
Base sa kuwentong nakarating sa amin ay masaya sina Aga kasama ang kambal niyang sina Atasha at Andres, asawang si Charlene Gonzales-Muhlach at ilang Viva executives sa Novotel pagkatapos ng awards night.

Ang konsuwelo ng aktor ay siya ang tinanghal na Male Star of the Night kasama si Carmina Villaroel bilang Female Star of the Night.
Malaking kuwestiyon din kung bakit hindi man lang na-nominate si Iza Calzado sa pagka-Best Actress kahit alam naman ng lahat na si Judy Ann Santos talaga ang mananalo.
