Dalawampung empowered married women mula sa buong mundo ang magtatagisan para sa limang titulo sa Noble Queen of the Universe 2019 pageant na gaganapin sa Centennial Hall ng Manila Hotel sa Disyembre 1 dakong 6:00 ng gabi.

Up for grabs are the titles Noble Queen of the Universe, Noble Queen International, Noble Queen Earth, Noble Queen Tourism and Noble Queen Globe. Mayroon ding runners-up.

“The Noble Queen of the Universe pageant is a fund-raising activity for projects that would orphans and the poor. It will empower women to initiate change in the society through collaboration and friendship,” sinabi ni Eriline Noche-Tumali, banker and entrepreneur, miyembro ng pageant board.

Ang iba pang board members ay sina: Dursula Ito, professor and dental aesthetician; Lovely Regine Gervacio Tajan, beauty queen and registered nurse; Emarie Tabernilla Atienza, executive assistant and professional singer; and lawyer Francisco S. Cabochan.

Ang pageant na may tagline na respect ay naglalayong magtatag ng isang compassionate society at makalikha ng mga oportunidad para sa kababaihan na maisulong ang kanilang noble culture to a global audience habang ipinagdiriwang ang kanilang uniqueness, talent, at beauty.

“For all the sacrifices that women have done, they need respect. In addition, the pageant wants women to make positive changes in their lives and to appreciate their unique qualities so that they can live their own lives with a purpose,” aniya.

Sa press presentation na ginanap sa Quezon City nitong Martes ng gabi, ipinakilala ng contestants ang kanilang mga sarili gayundin ang kanilang advocacy. Nakilahok din sila sa question-and-answer portion with the press.

Kalaunan, pinili ng media ang Darlings of the Press special award. Ang mga nagwagi ay sina Patricia Javier Walcher (Philippines - Luzon) at Anna Rabtsun Baylosis ng Russia.
