Ginapi ng St. John’s Institute Team A ang Talisay City sa championship match nitong Linggo, habang tumapos naman ang Bago City Ma-ao Elementary School at Team Pulupandan bilang pangatlo at pang-apat ayon sa pagkakasunod.

May kabuuang 16 na koponan mula sa iba’t-ibang lungsod sa Negros Occidental sa one-day tournament,na bahagi ng pagdaraos ng PVL Open Conference doubleheader sa City of Smiles sa Linggo sa USLS Coliseum.

“This is in the effort of growing the local talent for volleyball and create an avenue for more opportunities for the young through playing sports,” ani Bea Tan, ang organizer at founder ng GRID Athletic Sports.

“We want to replicate this and create more opportunity for grassroots volleyball to grow even more,” aniya.
