MAPAGHAMON ang Timberland Height, kung kaya’t marapat lamang na magdiwang sa bagong hari sa mountain biking.
Tinaguriang ‘Mountain Biking Capital’ at premyadong eco-playground sa Metro Manila, naparangalan ang bagong hari sa Philippine mountain biking sa ginanapn na Timberland Heights King of the Mountain sa 677-ektaryang lupain ng Filinvest.
Kabuuang 300 mountain bikers ang sumagot sa hamon sa top-caliber bike trail na naaayon sa kalidad ng International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA). Sa kabuuang 25 kilometer na distansiya, 700-meter ang akyatin at kailangan ang katatagan ng bikers sa steep technical ascent, multiple switch backs, flowy single-track, bermed turns, fast descents, fire roads, rock-gardens at stream-crossing.

Tinanghal na ‘King of the Mountai’ si Alvin Benosa, habang si Veronica Maglapuz ang “Queen of the Mountain” tangan ang tyempong 1 oras, 22 minuto at 14 segundo at 1oras, 56 minuto at 06 segundo, ayon sa pagkakasunod.
“The trails are amazing! It was very challenging but I came prepared and I gave my best. I am proud to be this year’s Queen of the Mountain,” pahayag ni Manglapuz.
Ipinagmamalaki naman ni Benosa ang bagong tagumpay sa career.
“It feels really great to be the Timberland King of the Mountain this year. It was a difficult trail but a very good one too, very challenging. It pushed everyone to the limit,” aniya.
Natatanging biking playground sa labas ng Metro Manila, tampok ang world-class bike trails, ipinakikita ng Timberland King of the Mountain ang kagandahan at akmang destinasyon ng Timberland Heights sa Pinoy para sa healthy lifestyle.
Ginagawa rin sa Timberland Heights ang prestihiyosong 7-Eleven trail series, Spartan H3X, Fox Biking 101, Lagalag Sundown Run, Hoka Trail Run, at Salomon Ultra 50-race.
