“The game was perfect [for me] in the opening minutes but after scrambling to the ground I felt really tired,” sabi ni Tan.

“I think there's something wrong with my fitness conditioning [program] because two weeks ago I changed my program," dagdag niya.

“The game plan was on point. The thing is, I was really confident in my boxing and ground game, but I feel gassed out after 3-4 minutes of hard battle," sabi ni Tan.

“The loss might be a bitter pill for me to take, but I am sure that I will learn many things from it."

As disheartening as the loss was, Tan keeps his eye on the prize as he promises that this won’t be the last time fans will hear from him.

“I will never give up no matter what. I just need to adjust my fitness conditioning and keep training hard. I will keep doing BJJ competition after I recover," sabi ni Tan.

“I will train almost every day to improve. I’ll take this loss as a big lesson. I'm confident that I’ll come back stronger after this.”

“I’m really good with ONE. I’m really happy with how they take care of me before and after my fights. I thank them so much. To be honest, I’m a bit disappointed but I believe I will come back no matter what and get that win next time,” sabi ni Tan.

"I'll take my game to the next level, and I guarantee that you will be seeing a different Trestle Tan in my next outing.”
