TULUY-tuloy ang mga Pinoy sa pagpapakitang-gilas sa international arena , hindi lang sa pag-awit , kundi maging sa pagsasayaw. Pasok na ang Vpeepz, may 13 miyembrong hip hop group mula sa Maynila, sa finals ng World Of Dance makaraang tanghaling kampeon sa Junior Team Division.

Sa divisional finals ng American reality competition, nakakuha ang grupo ng average na 96.0.

“You guys were body slamming and doing all kinds of crazy things up there, but you also broke somebody’s legs. That was my favorite part. The illusion of it was a really great illusion. That really gave you guys a high point in the middle of your routine,” sinabi ng isa sa mga judge na si Jennifer Lopez sa Pinoy crew.

Dagdag ni Ne-Yo: “There’s a level of synchronicity that you guys have that I could say very few other people in this competition that can even come close. It is that good.”

Nagsimula ang Vpeepz sa kumpetisyon nang magpamalas sila ng mahusay nilang pagsasayaw na may “sharpness and synchronicity.”

Dumiretso ang grupo sa Qualifiers at kinailangan ang 85 upang makapasok sa next round na Duels. Nakatanggap ang Vpeepz ng mga sumusunod na boto mula sa judges: 89 mula kay Ne-Yo, 89 mula sa J.Lo, at 93 mula kay Derek Hough – na may average na 90.3.

Tinanong ni Judge Derek ang Vpeepz kung bakit nagbiyahe pa sila mula sa Pilipinas patungong Amerika para lang sumali sa World of Dance.

“I guess we just want to show the world that even though we’re all different, I can say that there’s really unity and diversity. Even though we’re different, I can say that dance has really brought us together. Our love for one another…” anang dance group, na nasa edad 11-16 ang mga miyembro.

Sa sumunod nilang pagtatanghal, nakatanggapa ang Vpeepz ng iskor na 100 mula kay Ne-Yo— ang unang pagkakataon mula sa isang individual judge sa ikatlong season ng kumpetisyon, ayon sa Hollywood Life.

“Without a flip, without a trick, without anything… Nobody risked their life, and you got all three of us out of our seats,” anang American artist.

Ang bagong episode ng World Of Dance ay napapanood tuwing Linggo, 8:00 ng gabi, sa NBC.
