SA oras ng pangangailangan, handa ang Games and Amusement Board (GAB) na maghatid ng tulong sa atlketang Pinoy.

Sa kalatas na inilabas ng GAB sa kanilang social media Facebook, sinabi ni GAN Chairman Abraham ‘Baham’ Mitra na maaaring mag-avail ng tulong ang mga boksingero na may injury at iba pang medical na kondisyon sa GAB Boxers Relief Fund.

Pinakiusapan ng GAB ang mga nagnanais na makakuha ng tulong na kompletuhin at isumite ang lahat ng hinihinging requirements tulad ngmga sumusunod:

1)    A written notice of sickness or injury or death may be given by any immediate member of the family in the boxers behalf within seven (7) working days from the date of the occurrence of contingency.

Nakapalood sa naturang sulat ang mga impormasyon na:

1. Name and address of the boxer

2. Date and nature of sickness or injury

3. Place of confinement of the disabled boxer

4. Doctors medical findings or proof of disability/ death certified by the attending physician

5. Name of the beneficiary and his/her relationship to the boxer or the legal representative or attorney-in-fact as evidenced by a notarized special power of attorney

6. Any other pertinent information relating as the Board may require
