NAGPASALAMAT ang Vietnamese beauty queen na si Ngan Anh Le Au sa “hurtful words” ng kanyang mga bashers matapos siyang akusahan ng pangongopya ng stage performance ni 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray sa finals ng Miss Intercontinental 2018 na idinaos sa bansa nitong Sabado.

Sa kanyang Instagram nitong Lunes ng gabi, sinabi ni Anh Le na higit pa niyang isusulong ang kanyang adbokasiya laban sa cyber-bullying dahil sa mga negatibong komento na natanggap niya sa kompetisyon.

“Last but not least, for my bashers, thank you for your negativities to make me become positive-minded person. Thank you for your hurtful words to make me stronger and be a reason for me to pursue my advocacy against cyber-bullying on the world stage,” pahayag ng beauty queen, na kinilalang Peple’s Choice awardee sa pamamagitan ng online votes, at kalaunan ay naging 4th runner-up sa patimpalak.

Ang Filipino-Australian beauty queen na si Karen Gallman ng Pilipinas ang kinoronahang 47th Miss Intercontinental, sa finals na ginanap sa Mall of Asia Arena sa Pasay City. Si Karen ang unang Pinay na nagkamit ng nasabing titulo.
