With great achievements come bigger responsibilities, ito ang mindset ng Team Lakay headmaster Mark Sangiao.

Ito ay isang magandang taon para sa Team Lakay at kampante si si Sangiao na ang kanyang team ay maaabot ang mga expektasyon matapos makakuha ng apat na World Titles sa ONE Championship banner sa loob ng isang taon.

“Right now, we are razor sharp and focused in our training so that we can defend the land and keep the belts in the mountains,” sabi Sangiao.

Dalawa sa World Title mg Team Lakay sa The Home Of Martial Arts ay nakaplanong depensahan ngayong buwan, kasama si Joshua “The Passion” Pacio na makakaharap si Yosuke Saruta sa ONE: ETERNAL GLORY sa Enero 19, at si Geje “Gravity” Eustaquio na makakalaban si Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes sa ikatlong pagkakataon sa  ONE: HERO’S ASCENT sa Enero 25.

“A lot of guys are gunning for our World Titles — that’s a given. We will continue to build a strong foundation and improve our skills to keep up with the rest of the fold,” sabi ni Sangiao.

Kilala bilang “The Machine”, alam ni Sangiao na wala silang ibang dahilan kung hindi mas galingan pa upang manatiling nasa itaas.

“While the rest of the world sleeps, we train, and when the world wakes up, we still train. Hard work, dedication, and learning will bring us success,” sabi ni Sangiao.

“The work we put into training camp will dictate our success in 2019. I have the utmost confidence in my team. There is no doubt that we are up for the challenge. We will do our best.”
