Tumapos si Datu na undefeated sa 9 rounds tournament na may 8 wins at 1 draw tungo sa total score 8.5 points. Naibulsa niya ang P6,000 top purse sa kanyang effort sa National Chess Federation of the Philippines sanctioned tournament na pinangasiwaan nina Jose Fernando Camaya, Edward Serrano, Ilann Perez, Nestor Barbosa, Alexander Dinoy at Alfredo Chay ng Chess Arbiter Union of the Philippines na ipinatupad ang 15 minutes plus three seconds increment time control format.
Sa panig ni Largo, nakapagtala naman ng total 6 points sa 6 wins at 1 loss sa 7 outings nakopo ang champion’s purse of P3,000 at trophy sa kiddie’s class sa bisa ng mas mataas na tie break points. May six points din sina 2nd place Jerome Adrian Aragones at 3rd place Tiv Omangay.
Mga nakapasok sa top-8 circle ay sina 4th place Jeremy Marticio, 5th place Zeus Alexis Paglinawan, 6th place Lexie Grace Hernandez, 7th place April Joy Claros at 8th place Allan Gabriel Hillario. Nakamit naman ni Seven Years old Oshrie Jhames Constantino Reyes ang top youngest category sa kiddies division.
Sa Open’s class, nakaungos naman si Grandmaster Darwin Laylo sa tiebreak results sa huge group ng 7.0 pointers para kunin ang second-place trophy habang hindi naman nagpahuli si International Master Roel Abelgas na nasikwat naman ang third-place trophy.
