DALAWANG miyembro ng Philippine Army ang napabilang sa top finishers sa katatapos na Indonesian National Armed Forces International Marathon 2018 sa t Kuta Beach, Mandalika, Lombok, Indonesia.

Nakamit ni Corporal Jho-an Banayag Villarma ang bronze medal sa omen’s 21K category sa tyempong isang oras, 37 minuto at 50.4 segundo, habang si Corporal Richard Salaño ay tumapos sa ika-anim na puwesto sa men’s class.

Ayon kay Army Spokesman Colonel Louie Villanueva, ang marathon ay inorganisa para sa pagdiriwang ng ika -73 anibersaryo ng Indonesian National Armed Forces.

Umabot sa 1,000 runners ma binubo ng mga estudyante, community members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces, International Armed Forces/Police, national at nternational athlete ang nakilahok.

"The Philippine Army supports its athletes in their endeavor to bring honor to the organization as its representative in the international sporting arena," pahayag ni Villanueva.
