Ang quality certification ay ipinagkakaloob sa football pitches na tunay namang world-class at tumalima sa batayan ng safety, durability, at performance.

“For UP to receive this certification means that it is capable of holding matches of premier caliber, providing opportunities for more homegrown players to see the global stage,” pahayag ni E-Sports International Managing Director Audris Romualdez.

Ang E-Sports International ang siyang nangangiwa sa pagsasayos ng turf sa UP-Diliman field.

“Our longstanding promise is to give athletes exceptional pitches so they can train to be the best they can be. High-quality turf systems should be properly installed and be well maintained to prevent rapid pitch deterioration,” sambit ni Romualdez.

Nagsimula ang pagsasaayos ng pitch nitong Mayo at nakumpleto nitong Agosto.

Sa kasalukuyan, nagagamit na ito sa pagsasanay ng UP football team para mapaghandaan ang kanilang pagdepensa sa UAAP Men’s Football championship.
