“With Ariana’s result in the just concluded Asian Games, we are signifying our intention now, and will officially render our resignation from the National Team the moment Ariana gets back from Indonesia,” ayon sa nakatatandang Dormitorio.

“We would like to voice our disappointment over how we were supported by Philcycling through their Deputy Secretary General, Ms. Kamilla Sumagui, for our preparation and eventual participation in the Asian Games. Our main disappointment was Philcycling’s failure to include me in the delegation support for Ariana, where I am her official coach and trainer,” ayon pa sa pahayag ng ama ni Dormitorio.

“We even requested that I will pay for my own expenses just as long I can be included in the official delegation so that I can gain access to and assistance from the organizer. But this they even did not consider despite their availability to include other Coaches and Mechanics, some of which are not even relevant at the specific event,” aniya.

“We felt she deserve to be given full support to ensure her 100 percent performance on race day. My being not with her in her race drops down her performance and this we saw on her actual race, not maintaining focus due to the psychological stress of not having her Coach, and Father, with her in this big event. We feel that we are no longer happy with this and will want out of the National team,” pagdidiin ng ama ni Dormitorio.
