Posibleng bumiyahe si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa Kuwait sa Agosto o Setyembre para sa plano niyang personal na magpasalamat sa Gulf State dahil sa paglalagda sa kasunduang nagpoprotekta sa kapakanan ng overseas Filipino workers doon, sinabi kahapon ng Malacañang.
“It will be subject to the availability of the Emir and that is why we are looking at August or September this year,” lahad ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque sa press conference sa Davao City. “Iyon po iyong preliminary information on when the Emir will be available to receive the President.”
