Inendorso ng House information and communications technology (ICT) committee, ang House Bill No. 7652 o “Mobile Number Portability Act ” para aprubahan sa plenaryo.

“Through long and consistent use, a mobile phone user acquires property rights over their phone number. They contain vital information and connect users to one another.
