Sunud-sunod ang nagpakuha ng litrato sa mister ni Anne Curtis na wala namang kapaguran sa pagpo-pose. In between picture taking, ang pangungumusta kay Erwan sa asawang si Anne. Medyo malayo lang kami sa kanya, kaya hindi namin narinig ang sagot.
Sa press launch ipinaalam na si Erwan ang content creator ng Buhay Carinderia... Redefined at siya na rin ang kinuhang celebrity endorser nito.
“I may not be a Filipino food expert yet, there are so many dishes that I still need to discover, but I’m curious to keep learning and I am a stauch advocate of our culinary culture,” pahayag ni Erwan.

For the first time, susuportahan ng Tourism Promotions Board of the Department of Tourism na pinamamahalaan ni Cesar Montano ang Buhay Carinderia at ito rin ang sole presentor ng event. For 2018, maglilibot sila sa buong bansa para hanapin ang the best of the best in our culinary scene.
Unang bibisitahin ang Northen Luzon area --15 provinces na binubuo ng Regions 1 and 2 at ang Cordillera Administrative Region.
“From these cities and towns we will identify the best dishes, the individuals that prepared them, and the carinderias where they work for,” patuloy ni Ms. Legaspi.
Magtitipun-tipon ang local culinary experts sa Vigan Convention Center mula June 28 to 29 at hindi lang sila magsi-share ng talent, makikipag-ugnayan din sila sa mapipiling estudyante ng lugar-sa pamamagitan ng mentoring partnership -- para maipasa nila ang skills at experiences nila.
Sa two-day event hahanap ng young individuals na magiging Philippine Tourism Millennial Ambassadors at tagapagsalita ng kanilang siyudad o town multilultural food history.
Ang framework na gagawin sa Northern Luzon ay gagayahin sa Central Luzon, Bicol Region, Visayas Region (Regions 6, 7 and 8) at Mindanao Region (Regions 9, 10, 11, 12). Magkakaroon ng culminating 2-day event sa San Fernando, Pampanga; in Naga; in Cebu; at sa Davao City.
