PORMAL nang inihayag ng De La Salle University ang appointment ni Jose Luis Gonzales bilang bagong head coach ng Green Archers sa UAAP men’s basketball.

Sa Twitter account ng DLSU Office of Sports Development, ganap ng isiniwalat ng pamunuan ng unibersidad ang pagtatalaga sa dating deputy ng kanilang dating coach na si Aldin Ayo bilang kapalit nito.

“De La Salle University announces the appointment of Jose Luis Gonzalez III as head coach of the Men’s Basketball Team effective January 1, 2018,” nakasaad sa kanilang post.

“Prior to his post, coach Louie Gonzalez was the Green Archers’ deputy head coach for two years. He also served as an assistant coach of Letran and Far Eastern University as well as GlobalPort and KIA in the Philippine Basketball Association,” ayon pa sa kanilang mensahe.

Kaugnay nito, pinasalamatan din nila si Ayo para sa nagawa nito sa Green Archers.

“DLSU extends its deep appreciation to former head coach Aldin Ayo for his two years of dedicated service to the team.”

Sinasabing ang dating PBA assistant coach ang bumuo ng naging tanyag na ‘Mayhem System’ ni Ayo mula pa noong magkasama sila sa Letran.

Magsisilbing deputy ni Gonzalez sina Glenn Capacio, team B mentor na si Anton Altamirano at Siot Tanquingcen.
