Matatapos ngayong Sabado ang pagbabalik ng internally displaced families (IDPs) sa siyam na barangay sa Marawi City, kinumpirma kahapon ng tagapagsalita ng Joint Task Force Bangon Marawi.
Ayon kay Undersecretary Kristoffer James Purisima, kabilang sa mga ito ang Barangays Basak Malutlut, Tampilong, Panggao Saduc, Datu Saber, Baryo Green, Luks A Datu, Marawi Poblacion, East Basak, at Matampay.
“Utilities such as water and electricity, and health services are already established and accessible in the identified barangays. Rolling stores and markets will be established to provide basic needs. Means of public transportation within the areas will be made available to provide mobility,” ani Purisima.

Oktubre 29 nagsimulang mag-uwian ang mga residente ng Basak Malutlut. Sa ngayon, aabot sa 2,252 bakwit ang nakauwi na sa kani-kanilang tahanan.
Ipinaabot na rin ang cash assistance na P5,000, gayundin ang relief goods—na binubuo ng bigas at mga pagkain na sapat para sa 17 araw, hygiene kits at kitchen kits, mula sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at pamahalaang lungsod ng Marawi—sa nagsiuwiang residente ng Bgy. Basak Malutlut.
