PINEKE ng dating kasintahan ni Jim Carrey na si Cathriona White ang STD test results upang gamitin sa extortion sa aktor, pahayag ng legal team ni Carrey sa bagong kasong isinampa sa korte.

Ayon sa mosyon na isinumite nitong Biyernes sa Los Angeles, binago ni White ang Planned Parenthood files ng kaibigan nito upang mapaniwala si Carrey na wala itong STD bago sila nagkakilala. Gamit ang negatibong resulta noong 2013 mula sa kanyang kaibigan, pinalitan umano ni White ang petsa sa 2011 at ipinakita ito kay Carrey.

Ginagamit ngayon ang umano’y binagong Planned Parenthood files sa wrongful death case laban kay Carrey ng ina ni White, si Brigid Sweetman, at asawa nitong si Mark Burton, saad sa bagong kaso ni Carrey.

Bilang tugon, sinabi ng abogado nina Burton at Sweetman na si Michael Avenatti sa People na, “In a desperate attempt to save himself, Carrey has now resorted to outright falsehoods. Let’s see if his story holds up once he is under oath. It won’t.”

Inihayag nina Sweetman at Burton na galing kay Carrey ang drugs na ginamit ni White upang kitilin ang sariling buhay, at ibinigay ito ng aktor kahit alam nito na may kasaysayan ng depression si White at dating nang nagtangkang magpakamatay. Sinabi rin nila na tatlong beses umanong hinawaan ni Carrey si White ng “STDs without warning her.”

Sa mga dokumento, inihayag ni Carrey na noong 2013, si White at ang abogado nitong si Filippo Marchino, ay nang-extort sa kanya “through smears and threats of public degradation via false allegations” na umano’y hinawaan niya si White ng STD.

Ngunit nang hindi magkomento si Carrey sa mga alegasyon, nakasaad sa dokumento na humingi ng tulong si White sa isang kaibigan para sa kanyang Planned Parenthood records. “White’s intent in obtaining these records was clear — she cooked the records, creating forgeries with altered information, phony tests, and fictitious dates,” nakasaad sa dokumento.

Noong Hulyo 2013, ayon sa mosyon ni Carrey, “White and her attorney Marchino used the counterfeit records to extort money from Mr. Carrey.”

Pagkatapos ng isang taon, makaraan ang pagpapakamatay ni White noong 2014, inihayag sa mga dokumento na “White’s green-card husband and her distant, estranged and emotionally abusive mother decided to get a second bite at the apple and continued the torment of Carrey by filing a lawsuit claiming that he caused White’s death.”

Ayon sa isinumiteng papeles, “The entirety of this case rests on the premise that White contracted sexually transmitted diseases from Carrey and became so devastated that she committed suicide years later.”

Gayunman, nakasaad din sa file ang palitan ng text messages ni White at ng kaibigan nito, pati na rin ang expert analysis, na nagpapatunay na binago ni White ang resulta.

“On April 2, 2013, (White’s friend) had a routine appointment at Planned Parenthood to re-fill her birth control contraceptive. During her appointment, she gave a urine and blood sample for a routine HIV test and STD screening and was tested for Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea. The results were all negative,” saad sa mga dokumento.

Pagkaraan ng isang linggo, inakusahan ni Carrey si White na humingi ito kopya ng record sa kaibigan na ibinigay naman nito.

Ayon sa mga kopya ng umano’y palitan ng mga mensahe ni White at ng kaibigan na kasama sa isinumiteng file, ilang beses sinulatan ni White ang kaibigan kung kailan niya makukuha ang resulta.

Sa isang pagkakataon, sinabi umano ng kaibigan ni White na, “I don’t think there’s anything in the papers from Planned Parenthood that’ll help you babe.” Nag-reply si White ng, “Still bring it I need to see the layout I have to give something.”

Sinulat din umano ni White na siya ay “need to work on” sa mga dokumento bago ibigay ang mga ito sa isang lalaki na nakasaad sa dokumento ni Carrey.

“Though (her friend) never knew what White intended to do with her medical records or what she ultimately did with them, we now know that White, using a legitimate and official copy of her friend’s Planned Parenthood records, forged test results to ‘prove’ the lie that she had tested negative for sexually transmitted diseases just prior to her relationship with Carrey and to support her attempt to extort millions of dollars from her famous ex-boyfriend,” saad sa file.

Bilang karagdagan sa umano’y pagbago sa impormasyon sa resulta upang magmukha itong kanya, sinabi sa dokumento na pinalitan ni White ang petsa ng 2011, nang panahong nakilala nito si Carrey.

Inakusahan din sa dokumento na ipinaliwanag ni White ang ilang partikular na hindi pagkakatugma sa impormasyon ng test results nang ilahad niya na “used the name and information of her friend” upang maiwasan ang “immigration issues” dahil siya ay illegal na naninirahan sa bansa nang panahong iyon.

“This, however, was a blatant lie because, as we now know, (the friend) never visited Planned Parenthood on December 28, 2011 or any other time in December 2011,” saad sa file.

Naglalaman ang bagong mosyon ng analysis ng STD results na isinagawa ni Sean A. Espley, isang forensic document examiner, na nagsabing White “alleged 2011 medical records are composite documents or a classic electronic ‘cut and paste.’ ”

Kapag napatunayan ng korte na peke ang STD results, at alam ni Burton na peke ito nang isinumite niya, hinihingi ni Carrey na mapawalang-bisa ang mga akusasyon laban sa kanya.

“(Burton’s) claims are based on an utter sham, and his false responses to discovery as well as production of forged records constitutes an abuse of the discovery process warranting terminating sanctions,” ayon sa dokumento.
