Base sa report ni QCPD Director Chief Supt. Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar, kinilala ang mga naaresto na sina Dr. Amante Valdepenas y Ramos, 56, ng Q. Capitol Tower, Bgy. Damayang Lagi; Rommel Nogoy y Manalo, 52; at Almario Cristobal, 53, kapwa retiradong pulis at taga-Bgy. Boni Serrano, Quezon City.

Sa himpilan ng QCPD-Station 11, ibinunyag ng dalawa ang pinagkukuhanan nila ng shabu at iba pa nilang kasabwat, hanggang sa ilatag ang buy-bust operation bandang 2:00 ng umaga, sa hideout ng mga suspek sa panulukan ng Quezon Avenue at Scout Borromeo, na ikinaaresto ng doktor, ng dalawang retiradong pulis, at apat na iba pa.

Nasamsam umano sa mga suspek ang dalawang plastic sachet ng shabu, drug paraphernalia, at P500 marked money.
