TOKYO(AFP) – Maglalagay ang Japan ng karagdagang missile defence system sa hilagang isla ng Hokkaido, sinabi ng defence ministry spokesman kahapon, ilang araw matapos magpakawala ang North Korea ng missile na lumipad sa isla.

‘’We are deploying a PAC-3 system at about noon’’ sa isang base ng Ground Self-Defense Force ng Japan sa dulong timog ng Hokkaido, anang Kensaku Mizuseki.

Ayon sa mga lokal na opisyal, nagpadala na ang Japan ng Patriot Advanced Capability-3 missile interceptor unit sa isa pang bahagi ng Hokkaido.
