Aabot sa 35 bahay, na tinitirhan ng 70 pamilya, ang naabo sa pagsiklab ng apoy sa Quezon City, iniulat kahapon ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

Sa report ni Quezon City fire marshall Senior Supt. Manuel Manuel, sumiklab ang apoy sa ikalawang palapag ng bahay na pag-aari ni Janet Camora sa Santan Street, Agham Road, Sitio San Roque 11, Barangay Bagong Pagasa, dakong 11:30 ng gabi kamakalawa.

Ayon kay Fire Insp. Rosendo Cabellan, kaaalis lamang ni John Jay, umuupa sa nasabing bahay, at makalipas ang ilang oras ay nagliyab ito at kumalat ang apoy sa mga katabing bahay.

Ayon sa arson probers, umabot sa ikalimang alarma ang sunog at tuluyang naapula dakong 1:10 ng madaling araw.

Walang nasaktan o nasawi sa insidente habang nasa P400,000 ang natupok na ari-arian.

Patuloy na inaalam ang sanhi ng sunog.
