Multi-milyong suportang pampinansiyal ang mawawala sa Philippine National Police (PNP) dahil sa kung tawagin ng Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) na “anemic” performance sa kampanya laban sa ilegal na sugal.

Mula sa 2.5 percent monthly allocation mula monthly revenue nito, sinabi ni PCSO General Manager Alexander Balutan na plano nila itong putulan ng hanggang 50 porsiyento.

“We are already having a discussion that by October this year, we will amend the existing Memorandum of Agreement. We will reduce the 2.5 percent in order for the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the National Bureau of Investigation to also have a share,” ani Balutan.
