CAMP GENERAL ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan – Itinuturing na naresolba na ang brutal na pamamaslang sa limang miyembro ng pamilya Dizon-Carlos sa San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, ilang linggo na ang nakalipas.
Sa press conference kahapon, sinabi ni Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) director, Senior Supt. Romeo Caramat, Jr., na inilabas na kahapon ang mga resulta sa DNA testing ng PNP Crime Laboratory ng BPPO sa isinumiteng vaginal at buccal swabs, mga hibla ng buhok at kuko mula sa mga biktima.
Sinabi ni Caramat na batay sa report ng Crime Laboratory Office, tanging si Carmelino Ibañez, alyas “Miling”, ang nagpositibo sa mga DNA test, habang negatibo naman ang apat na persons of interest sa kaso.

Matatandaang tinadtad ng saksak si Auring Dizon; anak niyang si Estrella Dizon-Carlos; at mga apo niyang sina Donny, 11; Ella, 7; at ang isang taong gulang na si Dexter, Jr. madaling araw nitong Hunyo 27.
Kinasuhan na ng pulisya si Ibañez ng limang bilang ng murder at dalawang bilang ng rape kaugnay ng massacre.
“If you remember, Ibañez or ‘Miling’ admitted his participation in the gruesome killing of Carlos family on June 28, 2017 in the presence of his immediate family inside their house which resulted to his eventual arrest,” sabi ni Caramat. “Likewise, he reiterated his admission regarding his participation on the crime during exclusive interviews with different news networks and mentioned alias ‘Inggo’ (Rolando Pacinos) and alias ‘Tony’ (Anthony Garcia) as his cohorts in perpetrating said crime.”
Kinumpirma ni Caramat na kapwa itinuring na persons of interest (POI) sina Pacinos at Garcia. Nabanggit naman ng mga impormante ang pangalan ng dalawa pang POI na sina Roosevelt Serema, alyas ‘Ponga’; at Alvin Mabesa.
Magkakasunod na pinaslang sina Pacinos, Serema, at Garcia kamakailan.
“Though alyas ‘Miling’ recanted his previous admission on his participation on the crime, the DNA results will definitely pin him down on this multiple murder case,” sabi ni Caramat.
Sinabi naman ni Supt. Fitz Macariola, ng San Jose del Monte Police: “We can safely say that this case is close but we can open it anytime when evidence crops up.”
