Iniutos ni Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II ang reshuffle ng mga tauhan sa dalawang opisina ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) kaugnay sa mga alegasyon ng katiwalian.
Naglabas si Aguirre ng dalawang department order na iniuutos ang balasahan sa Cybercrime Division (CCD) at Digital Forensic Laboratory (DFL) ng NBI.
Sa kautusan, pinangalanan bilang CCD chief si Head Agent Manuel Eduarte, at units executive officer si Special Agent Alex Bautista.

Itinalagang senior agents ang iba pang mga miyembro ng unit na sina Juliana Gabionza, Ryner Bergado at Nina Grace Bacho at agents Chris Edgardo Anonuevo, Jeremy Lotoc at Ma. Aiza Arcega.
Samantala, si Special Agent Victor Lorenzo ay itinalagang hepe ng DFL at Special Agent Christopher Paz bilang executive officer.
Si Agent Edgardo Anonuevo at Special Investigator Jay Salangguste ang mga itinalagang miyembro ng DFL.
Naunang iniutos ni Aguirre ang imbestigasyon ng CCD at DFL kaugnay sa diumano’y mga anomalya sa isinagawang operasyon sa mga kumpanyang Intellcash International Inc., Datacentric Corporation at Delta Clout.
“This probe is one way to separate the good from the bad. The bad and the undesirable elements must be severed before they infect and taint the careers of the still many good men and women of the NBI,” ani Aguirre.
Pinangalanang miyembro ng fact-finding committee si Justice Undersecretary Raymund Mecate at bilang vice-chairperson si Justice Assistant Secretary Juvy Manwong.
Ang iba pang miyembro ng komite ay kinabibilangan ng mga opisyal ng NBI na sina Deputy Director Eric Distor, Office of Cybercrime Officer-in-Charge Jed Sherwin Uy, at abogadong si Noel Adriatico.
