Muling nangibabaw ang nine-time Olympic champion sa 100-meter run ng Golden Spike – ang unang torneo sa European leg na kanyang lalahukan -- sa huling season ng kanyang career nitong Miyerkules (Huwebes sa Manila).

Naitala ng Jamaican athletic superstar ang 10.06 segundo, mas mabagal sa nagawang 10.03 sa kanyang huling takbo sa Jamaica nitong Hunyo 11.

"I'm not happy with the time," pahayag ni Bolt. "It wasn't a good race, it was pretty slow."

"I'm going to see my doctor (in Germany) soon, I know he will fix every problem," aniya, patungkol sa dinaramang pananakit sa likod. "All I need to do now is just to train hard and focus on getting myself into great shape. I'm not worried about that. It's just my back, it's always an issue. I didn't get injured, that's a key thing."
