“Mepranum was injured in training a week before the scheduled fight date,” sabi ni Gello-ani sa Philboxing.com. “We had to rush in looking for an opponent and Buhawe accepted the offer. We did not immediately announce it because we were waiting for the approval of the Games and Amusement Board (GAB).”
“Casimero landed some good shots in the early rounds and he knocked down Jecker Buhawe in the second round,” paliwanag ni Gello-ani hinggil sa laban. “Buhawe managed to finish the round and survived in the succeeding rounds by clinching Casimero more often. He finished the fight handing Casimero the UD result.”
