“She wanted to remain anonymous, but how can this event be kept as a secret if she, herself, Ms. Angel Locsin wants to personally distribute the goods to the evacuees staying at Maahad Abdul Hamid (one of the recognized evacuation center) at Balo-i, Lanao del Norte. It was indeed a blessed Jum’ah!

“May Allah subhanu wa ta’ala grant the desires of her heart. She always have a heart for us, muslims. MashaAllah!”

“I just read someone’s post here on Facebook sabi, ‘When you do charity, do it quietly.’ Saw the comments sections as well ang dami nilang alam.

“The person you are talking about went to the most dangerous area in the Philippines unannounced and without bodyguards or even government supervision.

“She risked her life just to help our countrymen. Media picked it up on her 2nd day there, hindi po ‘yon pinatawag and hindi pinlano. She spent her own money and wanted to do it as quietly as possible.”

Patuloy pa ni Neil, “What have you done to help? What have you done to inspire people to help? Pati ‘yung mga nagco-comment puro press pa kayo. Bring it on, isulat niyo na ko ng masama, wala akong paki.

“I know there are still good people out there but you people bashing people who are just trying to help others, you are scum.”

Samantala, nagpasalamat si DSWD Secretary Judy Taguiwalo sa ginawa ni Angel via Twitter: “Thank you, Ms. Angel Locsin for calling attention to the plight of Marawi evacuees. We hope more Filipino youth emulate women like Ms. Angel Locsin who speaks and stands for others.

“None of us can be like Darna & fly to rescue people. But we can be like Ms. Angel Locsin & care for those in need like the Marawi evacuees,” depensa pa ni Sec. Taguiwalo kay Angel. (ADOR SALUTA)
