Sinampahan ng kasong graft sa Office of the Ombudsman si Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief Edgar Galvante at 13 iba pa kaugnay ng diumano’y P830 milyong pagbili ng driver’s license cards noong Abril.

Sa reklamo ni Leon Peralta, founder ng Anti-Trapo Movement of the Philippines, kabilang sa kasong isinampa ang paglabag sa Republic Act 3019 o Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, RA 6713 o Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees, at RA 9184 o Government Procurement Reform Act.

Kasama sa mga kinasuhan sina LTO Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) chairman Romeo Vera Cruz, mga miyembrong sina Dennis Singzon, Maribel Salazar, Irenea Nueva, Rector Antiga, Francis Ray Almora, Mercy Jane Paras-Leynes, technical working group members Norberto Espino III, Camilo Balon, Leda Jose, Paquita Dela Cruz, Danilo Encela at ang ilang resident auditor ng Commission on Audit.
