Nagtakda ang Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) ng kuwalipikasyon at requirement sa mga manggagawa na kakatawan sa pagsusuri ng Kagawaran sa pagsunod sa mga batas sa paggawa.
“We are deputizing members of labor groups to help us in the inspection of more than 90,000 establishments to ensure their compliance with labor standards and existing labor laws. Deputizing labor is one of our strategies to fast track strict implementation of DO 174,” pahayag ni Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III.
Nakasaad sa Administrative Order No. 164 na tanging kuwalipikadong miyembro ng Legitimate Labor Organizations (LLO), Labor Associations (LA), Chartered Locals (CLs), National Union/Federation (NUF), Accredited Integrated Professional Organization/Accredited Professional Organization (AIPO/APO), Non-Government Organization (NGO), at Employer’s Organization (EO) ang maaaring lumahok sa labor law compliance assessment activities, kabilang ang pagdalo sa mandatory conferences. - Mina Navarro
