Nagsampa sina Erickson at Erik ng kabuuang 43 counts of cyber libel, 12 counts of grave threats, one count of slander at two counts of libel.
Ayon sa kanilang abogado na si Atty. Joji Alonso, para kay Erickson ay 22 counts of cyber libel, one count of slander at six counts of grave threats ang isinampa. Para kay Erik naman ay isinampa ang 21 counts of cyber libel, two counts of libel at six counts of grave threats.
Nag-ugat ang demanda sa ilang Facebook posts ni Jobert, at ayon kay Erickson, “Nu’ng binabasa ko kasi, it’s all lies and it’s affecting me emotionally, my artists, my company, my staff so I feel lang na we have to put an end also, put a stop du’n sa vicious cycle of harassing artists and personalities to advance your personal interests.”
“No. We tried reaching out initially pero hindi.”
(ADOR SALUTA)
