Tangan ni Payao (14-1, 11KOs) ang malawak na karanasan bilang dating WBC Youth super flyweight champion at PBF super flyweight titlist, ngunit impresibong ang marka ni Tinampay sa 8-3-1, tampok ang pitong KO.
Sa supporting main event, magtutuos sina Omega Gym's Jimboy Haya (9-3-2, 7KOs) ang Ken Jordan (4-0).
Inaasahan din ang maaksiyong tagpo sa laban sa pagitan nina Japanese Octata Masayuki kontra Johnrey Espinosa ng compostela, Cebu at Taiwanese Ming Hong Lee kontra Wilfredo Rota.
