Pangungunahan ni world boxing champion Jerwin Ancajas at Marlon Tapales ang mga natatanging atleta na tatanggap ng citation sa Gabi ng Parangal na itinataguyod ng San Miguel Corporation at MILO, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Cignal/Hype HD.

Makakasama ng dalawa sina Mixed Martial Arts’ star Michael Brandon Vera, Philippine Dragon Boat team, wushu bets Divine Wally at Arnel Mandal, at lady boxer Gretchen Abaniel.

Tinanghal na PSA Athlete of the Year si Rio Olympic weightlifting silver medallist Hidilyn Diaz.

Tatanggapin naman ni Asia first Grandmaster Eugene Torre ang Lifetime Achievement Award sa gala night na itinataguyod din ng PBA, SM Prime Holdings Inc., Philippine Sports Commission, ACCEL, MVP Sports Foundation, PCSO, Meralco, NLEX, at Federal Land.

Napili namang Executive of the Year si Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association president Philip Ella Juico, habang 16 pang iba, sa pangunguna ni Paralympic bronze medalist Josephine Medina ang tatangap ng major award.

Sina June Mar Fajardo ang Mr. Basketball, Mika Reyes bilang Ms. Volleyball, Miguel Tabuena bilang Mr. Golf, habang sina Misagh Bahadoran at Jeordan Dominguez ang Mr. Football at Mr. Taekwondo, ayon sa pagkakasunod.
