“Selby – younger brother of featherweight world champion Lee Selby – looked a class above as his combination of speed and ring craft helped him pick up the WBC international flyweight title. All three judges scored the contest 100-90,” ayon sa ulat ng BoxingScene na nangangahulugan na walang kinuhang kahit isang round si Diale.

“The Welshman, 28, buckled the knees of his Filipino opponent with a pin point straight right hand in the second round and repeated the trick in the fourth with another meaty overhand right which drew gasps from the crowd,” dagdag sa ulat. “A four punch combination temporarily stopped Diale in his tracks in round seven and a barrage of unanswered shots in the following round had the referee having a closer look but Selby was unable to land the finishing blow.”

Goodbye PBA?
