TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Tumanggi ang foreign minister ng Iran nitong Martes na kumpirmahin kung nagsagawa ang bansa ng missile test kamakailan, sinabing ang Iranian missile program ay hindi bahagi ng 2015 nuclear deal sa world powers.

Sa joint news conference kasama ang kanyang French counterpart na si Jean-Marc Ayrault, tinanong si Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif kung nagsagawa ang Iran ng missile test kamakailan.

“The missile issue is not part of the nuclear deal. As all signatories to the nuclear deal have announced, the missile issue is not a part of” ng deal, aniya.

Idinagdag niya na ang mga missile ng Iran ay “not designed for the capability of carrying a nuclear warhead... Our ballistic missile was designed to carry a normal warhead in the field of legitimate defense.”
