Naghain ng panukala ang isang bagitong mambabatas sa hangaring mapagkalooban ng 14th month pay ang mga pribadong rank and file employee sa bansa.
Sinabi ni Capiz Rep. Emmanuel Billones na kinakailangan na ang karagdagang kompensasyon para sa mga pribadong empleyado dahil karaniwan nang nauubos ang 13th month pay sa mga gastusin tuwing Pasko.
“They should at least receive extra earnings in the middle of the year to help defray the expenses incurred in school like enrolment fees, miscellaneous fees, books, bags, uniforms among others. The rest of the amount if there is anything left is for future health and medical expenses for the family,” sinabi ni Billones sa paghahain niya ng House Bill 3815. (Charissa M. Luci)
