DAGUPAN CITY – Umabot sa 2,000 ang nakiisa sa natatanging ‘concept fun-run’ sa bansa -- COLOR MANILA Blacklight Run – na ginanap nitong Sabado sa The City Mall Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
