Nagbabala kahapon sa publiko ang Philippine National Police (PNP) tungkol sa mga pekeng Facebook account na gumagamit sa pangalan ni PNP Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa.
Sinabi ni Senior Supt. Gilbert Cruz, hepe ng Police Community Relations Group (PCRG), na ang ilan sa mga nasabing social media account ay mga FB fan page ng PNP chief, habang ang iba ay nagpapanggap na mismong kay Dela Rosa, at nanghihingi ng pera at regalo sa mga tao.
Ayon kay Cruz, mayroong hanggang 28 pekeng account ni Dela Rosa sa Facebook.
“The others are just fan pages of the Chief PNP but the others take advantage and ask for Christmas gifts. The others, meanwhile, will tell complainants that they will be assisted for us long as they will send money in an account,” ani Cruz. (Francis T. Wakefield)
