“It's about changing the culture of Adamson volleyball. Not just winning but believing,” pahayag ni Padda, founder and director ng Malibu Palms Volleyball Club.

“My biggest challenge was changing the mindset that they have been accustomed to in the past year, because they believed that they are not good enough,” aniya.

“Because no matter how physically capable they are, but if they don’t believe that they are the best, they can never be the best.”

“Expect a lot of spirit, a lot of teamwork, a lot of fighting, laban,” sambit ni Padda. “I don’t know a lot of Tagalog words but I use laban always because that’s something you’ll see from the Lady Falcons can do in the UAAP.”
