SEOUL (AFP) – Nagsagawa si North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un ng malaking artillery drill na pumupuntirya sa Seoul, ang kabisera ng South Korea, at iba pang mga target, ilang oras matapos ibaba ng UN Security Council ang panibagong sanctions laban sa Pyongyang dahil sa nuclear test noong Setyembre, iniulat ng state media kahapon.
‘’If a war breaks out, such a deadly strike should be inflicted upon the South Korean forces to completely break their will of counteraction at the start and make a clean sweep of them,’’ iniulat ng KCNA na sinabi ni Kim noong Huwebes. ‘’Nobody and nothing would survive.’’
