“I feel that if we try to change the world, if we try to change the rules, if we try to change the direction of PHI sports, can we just love our country and talk? As chairman of the PSC, I’m offering the two groups to meet in my office on neutral ground, meet and talk like gentlemen,” pahayag ni Ramirez.

“For the sake of our country and our children, I’m offering this before the POC can be suspended, last-ditch effort for the sake of the country, athletes and children, as a sportsman, can we face each other and set the direction where we’re going? I’m willing to make my last move to save PHI sports from shame in the world, from shame for the whole country,” sabi ni Ramirez.

“Truly unfortunate. A wasted opportunity. Our athletes’ welfare had been put aside yet again,” sabi naman ni Vargas. (Angie Oredo)
