“I will visit China. We are in good terms with them. We would not dwell on the Scarborough. We cannot handle it. Even if we get mad, it’s nothing but air,” ayon kay Duterte sa kanyang pagbisita sa Lamitan, Basilan.
“Instead, we will appeal to let our Filipino fishermen gain access to the shoal. We will talk,” dagdag pa nito.
