Kasabay ng planong gumawa ng legal action laban sa inisyung Immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO), sinabi ni Senator Leila de Lima na wala siyang planong lumabas ng bansa.
“Wag kayong mag-alala, dahil wala ho akong kabalak-balak na umalis ng Pilipinas para iwasan ‘yung ano mang ihahain n’yo sa akin na kaso, dahil inosente po ako. So ang guilty lang po ang tumatakas,” ayon kay De Lima.
Binigyang diin ng Senadora na walang basehan ang lookout bulletin laban sa kanya lalo na’t wala pa namang isinasampang kaso sa kanya ang Department of Justice (DoJ).
Hindi umano mabibigyan ng katwiran ang ILBO. I will take the necessary legal action against this latest assault on my person by my successor at the DOJ,” ayon kay De Lima, kung saan tinutukoy nito si Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II.

Nauna dito, ipinag-utos ni Aguirre II sa Bureau of Immigration (BI) na ilagay sa ILBO sina De Lima, dating Justice Undersecretary Francisco Baraan III, dating Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director Franklin Jesus Bucayu, dating Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) head Reginald Villasanta, dating aide ni De Lima na si Joenel Sanchez, at dating drayber na si Ronnie Dayan.
“Based on the request of the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation), the individuals of this subject of this ILBO are allegedly involved in the proliferation and trade of illegal drugs inside the National Bilibid Prison and other areas,” ayon sa memo na may petsang Oktubre 7. Ang anim ay hindi papayagang makalabas ng bansa.

“Obviously the persecution continues by these men without balls. I already dared them to arrest me, but no one came.
They have already done worse, a lookout bulletin at this point is just icing on their cake,” ani De Lima.
Dahil tatlong buwan na umano siyang pinagtutulungan, sinabi ni De Lima na “ganyan ba kayo mga kaduwag at kainutil?
