“To keep silent while the oral arguments are going on is not only prudent but also the right thing to do. This will prevent any member of the Supreme Court from, knowingly or unknowingly expressing biases which may be interpreted as prejudgments thusly, disqualifying any member of the Supreme Court to whom the subject bias statements may be ascribed,” ayon kay House Deputy Speaker at Capiz Rep. Fredenil Castro.

“They should keep to their hearts whatever positions they may have at the moment so as not to prematurely influence the ruling,” dagdag pa nito.

(Charissa M. Luci)
