Labingtatlong negosyante ang magdo-donate ng pondo para sa pagpapatayo ng drug rehabilitation centers para sa halos 700,000 sumurender na drug users at drug pushers.
“We will enter into some sort of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), as to what contributions they can make to the program or how they can participate in it. There were already initial discussions and some of them manifested that they would be willing to donate funds for the construction of the rehabilitation centers,” ayon kay Interior and Local Government Undersecretary for Operations Atty. John Castriciones.
Sa plano, apat na malalaking drug rehab centers ang ipatatayo—dalawa sa Luzon, isa sa Visayas at isa sa Mindanao.
Isa pang tinitingnan na proposal ay ang pagpapatayo ng center sa bawat rehiyon.

Samantala sa report ng Department of Health (DoH), 70,000 na ang maipapasok sa rehab centers na pinamamalakad ng pamahalaan.
Ang mga sumukong adik ay isasabak sa tree-planting activities, paglilinis ng estero at waterways, at training sa vocational skills sa pakikipagtulungan naman ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
